Are the products natural? Yes. Our soaps and skincare are handcrafted from natural ingredients with full transparency from the manufacturer. Each product page lists its key ingredients.

Are they suitable for sensitive or newborn skin? Several products, including the Delicate & Kids bar and the Unscented options, are formulated for sensitive and allergy-prone skin. As with any new product, we recommend a small patch test first.

Shipping

Where do you ship from? Orders are fulfilled directly by our suppliers and ship from the UAE.

Where do you ship to? We serve customers across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and the Gulf. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your destination.

How long does delivery take? Delivery times vary by destination and are confirmed at checkout. You will receive tracking details once your order ships.

Orders & returns

Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we will help where the order has not yet been dispatched.

What is your returns policy? For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care products cannot be returned. Unopened items can be returned in line with our Refund Policy. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right.
