Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, in which case any payment taken will be refunded.

Pricing

Prices are shown in the store currency and include applicable taxes where indicated. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Products

Our products are personal-care items, not medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Always read the ingredients and patch-test if you have sensitive skin. The information on this site is general and not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Midwife Cares is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
