Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are personal-care and hygiene items, some conditions apply.

Returns

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect.
