Returns & refunds

Unopened personal-care products may be returned according to the store refund policy. Opened hygiene and skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are personal-care and hygiene items, some conditions apply.
Returns
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect.
